Mike was born and raised in Rochester, New York where he attended undergraduate school at St. John Fisher College.  Mike came to the area in 1989 when he enrolled and attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law.  After graduating from law school in 1992, he was admitted to the Ohio Bar and started his legal career here in Springboro.  In 1994, he took a position with a larger firm in Franklin, Ohio, eventually becoming partner when it was renamed Ruppert, Bronson, Ruppert & D’Amico in 2001.  In 2004 he joined the firm of Kirby, Thomas, Brandenburg & D’Amico.

Mike moved to Springboro, Ohio in 1995 and has been an active resident of the community since that time.  Outside of his law practice, he spends a great deal of time as a leader in Springboro’s Cub Scout Pack 34, and coaches in several of the area’s youth sports programs.  He is an avid sportsman, enjoying hunting, fishing and golf when he can find the time.  His hobbies include restoring older pinball and arcade games, and home remodeling.

Mike has been a member of the Warren County Bar Association since 1992, and practices in most surrounding counties, including Butler, Montgomery, Clinton, Clark, Preble and Clemont.  His areas of practice are primarily in Domestic Relations (Divorce, Child Support, etc.), Juvenile Law and Criminal Defense.  However, do not hesitate to give him a call for issues related to Real Estate, Probate and Estate Law, Personal Injury and Automobile Accidents, and any other legal issues you may have.
