Cynthia is a partner and has practiced law for 16 years with the law firm of Kirby, Thomas, Brandenburg & D’Amico.  She graduated magna cum laude from Wright State University and then attended University of Dayton School of Law.  Upon graduation from law school, she was a corporate manager at LEXIS/NEXIS Co. and did that for 8 years.  After that when she started practicing law with the Kirby firm, she accepted a position as Franklin Municipal Court Public Defender and has held this position for 16 years.  Along with her private practice, in 2002, she was hired as Middleton Municipal Court Public Defender.  Then in 2007, she was hired as Lebanon Municipal Court Public Defender.  She has represented numerous defendants in various areas of criminal law and has expertise in this area of law as well as domestic relations law.
